About Medorann

To begin with, let's address this name of mine. My first name is pronounced “Ma-DOOR-in”. I tell people if you say it with a Brooklyn accent, you’ll nail it. If this is the first time we are meeting, don’t worry if you can’t remember it and when all else fails, you can always resort to my nickname, Maddy.

I’ve been in this wild and wonderful industry since 2007 and still get excited handing over keys or putting up a sold sign. My job has introduced me to some wonderful people and I feel incredibly grateful to have not only been able to help a lot of people accomplish their Real Estate goals over the years, but I have also created some wonderful, lifelong friendships in the process.

I’m not one to flash accolades but because you want to know you are working with an experienced professional, I have been a top producer within my company on numerous occasions and I am blessed to be able to say that the majority of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Nothing makes me happier than hearing from a past client or knowing someone trusted me enough to pass on my name to a colleague, friend or family member.

I look at my role in our relationship as your advisor. My job is to get you as much information as possible so that you can make informed decisions. I take a lot of pride in helping my sellers prepare their home so that we can showcase it at it’s very best using all of the current marketing tools and platforms available. For my buyers, it's my commitment to you that we will view every house you need to see until we find the one that you know is meant to be your home. I will make certain that you have immediate access to all new listings that match your criteria and will get you all the necessary information you need so that you know you are buying at good value. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but I promise to do everything I can so that you can have the best possible experience achieving your Real Estate goals. PS Regarding the picture - While we do have have 7 furry friends, I have two beautiful children and have been married to my wonderful husband, Mat, since 2003! They are my "why" in everything I do!
